You can try to delete this post if you want to. I should’ve stopped bringing my car in when y’all messed up my Buick and deleted that review. I only brought my recent car here because y’all are the only ones who are available same day but the cost has been much greater than the convenience. I came here due to a broken radiator hose, you guys didn’t have the decency to put the the radiator sliver cap hose on tight. The cap on the hose was not tightened properly. About a month later( today), my vehicle overheated and there was coolant all over the engine& hose loose. I had to take my car to another mechanic to correct the work because the vacuum hose was not secured correctly. In addition, I came in to have my turn signal fixed. After installation, every time I use my turn signal, my interior ceiling lights turn on. That is not normal and clearly indicates improper installation. Lol very funny right it’s ignorant. Stop working on cars if you have no love for them and stop scamming people. I have receipts for all the work you guys have done and it was horrible work. I manage a business. I don’t have time to bring my car in every time you guys don’t complete the work correctly. It’s

I just received the best service from an automotive service provider that I have ever received. Within five minutes, they diagnosed and immediately fixed the issue at no charge! I was told yesterday at a BMW service provider that this would cost me at least $400, for an issue that turned out to not even be the problem. I highly recommend this place and these guys.

Fast, Knowledgeable, and High Quality. I was very pleased with my experience at Smith Muffler. I came in looking for a quote for an exhaust repair, thinking that I would have to come back in a week or 2 to get it done. Within 15 minutes, they had my car up on the lift for inspection, and they had it fixed within 1.5 hours. Weld quality is very good. They had parts on hand to fabricate exactly what I needed. These guys know what they are doing. I will definitely be back. Side note: This is the first time that I have been to a repair shop and someone has not tried to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. Props to them.

As a woman, when I have to have my car serviced, it's important that I feel comfortable and know that I'm going to be treated fairly. That happens every time I go to Smith Muffler. My boyfriend and I both go there and we are never disappointed. The owner and his son run an amazing shop and we feel so lucky to have Smith Muffler available to us!
